I liked this one when I was a kid. I have trouble eating pasta these days, but I do like this recipe.

I actually can’t remember if I have made this or not. I do not eat much pasta now.

This is a “famous” recipe for fudge that has a little story behind it. Everyone always wanted Kay’s recipe, so, in the end, it went on her gravestone.

Again, another recipe for caramel icing. This one is from my grandmother Gladah Childs. The other one is the one we usually use though.

This souffle uses grits, garlic cheese roll (I don’t actually know what that is!), egg, and butter/margarine.

This is one of my dad’s favorites that my grandmother made. Coconut, marshmallows, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and sour cream. You can also add grapes, but we usually didn’t.
